If I don’t start the 4th level with a decent amount, I just start over. Eventually you will learn patterns and muscle memory will take over. Just keep at it. Don’t be afraid to hit escape on a bad run. I clocked about 15 hours of just Junimo Kart before I beat it. And I still can’t beat JotPK.

Agreed. Junimo Kart is still utterly awful. Everything about Stardew is relaxing and rewarding. Except for Junimo Kart. It’s comparable to the flappy goat achievement. It’s just not fun, at all.
