Since it was never driven and sat in the guys garage and idled pretty crappy, I replaced the Oil & filter, gas filter, plugs. Air filter was fine so I left it. Removed gas tank, drained/flushed tank and replaced.

There is clunking sound while driving at slow to fast speeds ( 2 or 4 wheel drive). Sounds like something loose and hitting underneath but I cannot see anything loose. I bought it that way, It kinda looks like it hadnt had the oil changed and it was abused. But the parts are really expensive for it. To rebuild it i"m looking at over $1500. D.Yes, make sure the brake cylinder resevoir is full of fluid. Slowly, using the lever pump the master cylinder using the brake lever and if the system is tight (no air leaks) you will feel resistance. Do this until it won't resist anymore and HOLD it and crack the bleeder valve.Reinstall the bolt. Continue filling until coolant comes out of the coolant pipe. Reinstall that bolt. BTW don't forget the little sealing washer that goes under each of those two bolts. Once both bleeders are back in, continue filling the radiator until it's full. Start engine with the cap off and let it idle.Remove the wheel cap to expose the hub nut and cotter key. Put it in gear and have an assistant work the throttle. If the hut turns and the hub doesn't, you need a new hub. He was very familiar with the issue. Said Kawasaki needs to decide this should be a recall, and until then, nothing is going to be done.

I bought a 2510 new, fan blade on heater slung a blade off, linkage was not adjusted correctly on 4 wheel drive, kept popping like it was going to breake somthing,rear diff. did not have oil in it. I had to buy it on my own. Speaking of oil, ever 12-15 hours crankcase oil has to be changed because gas is in it. I have drained out 3 qt.
