As the title implies my goals are to take a Predator 212 Hemi and try to improve the low and mid range power while not giving up very much (hopefully none) power in the higher rpms. How do you make a 212cc predator go faster? The Stage 1 Predator 212 comes with an upgraded air filter, exhaust, and bigger jets for your carburetor. The top rotational speed you can expect from a Stage 1 Predator 212 is 5500 RPM. If you want more power, youll need more fresh air in and burned air out of the engine. ...By increasing the power that your engine produces. Power is directly related to rpm. Horsepower = Torque x RPM / 5,252. As you can see, the more power your engine produces, the higher the RPM can be. Fuel pumps aren't needed unless the fuel isn't gravity feeding, which it is in OP's case. If you aren't flowing fast enough and draining the bowl they can be needed as well (my friend ran into that issue with his 236 stroker).
