The real perk to get is the ARcane Smith and the Daedra armor. Daedra armor is better then dragon, it's just MUCH tougher to get the ingredients. If your tight on perks go with that, it's 6 perks instead of 7. and as far as i knw, there is no in game dragon/daedric armor except some daedric maces or something like that.You will have to have Smithing leveled up to level 100 to unlock the Dragon Armor perk on the perk tree.
