To reset the drivers power window, its something like (from vague memory): Turn ignition on (engine off), hold window switch in the ‘down’ position, continuously till the window is all the way down. Then release. And I think then its done. If not, its vice versa. No idea about the passenger window not working.

One time you do get it down, spray some silicon spray onto a rag and give the rubbers a wipe and the top of the window, see if that makes a difference. A tried and true trick to try with a power window that won’t go up is to press your palm against the glass and “help” the window up while pushing the button. The problem still happens with both keys in the car. Based on what I've read online, I think I'll try the following: 1. Try a new brand of batteries instead of cheap ones from Amazon - Energizer or Duracell. 2. Put the key in the door pocket instead of by the cup holder as phone interference may cause the problem.
