Since our cats show very little interest I’ve rolled the dice and just bypassed the pinch detectors since they failed last. Litter robot has been popular with bigger cats due to the size and the way it’s been designed. I'm pretty happy with the LR3, they are too expensive to just replace with the LR4 for no reason. There are some alternatives that exist, similar to the LR that I never knew about, but not a better price original not much.
