To get to 'The Lady' you'll go to the abandoned house to the East of Carceburg, go the bed and enter into the Carcen tunnels, go West until you see the cracked hole in the wall. Face the hole and you can interact with it and go down into the Carcen mines. It's because there isn't enough free storage. The game gets extracted from the .apk format (imagine it like a zip) and then installed. This means you need 1-2 gigs of free storage space on whatever you're installing it on.
