Created a new coach under "User Teams", assigned to the Packers, fired their offensive coordinator, switched back to my main team, hired the newly made available offensive coordinator, switched back to the Packers and retired. ... I get a notification saying I need one to play the next season but âŠ5. There is Zero Reason to NOT Have the Right Coordinators for the Job (Coach Mode). The Offensive and Defensive coordinator can and should be fired if they do not fit your head coachâs schemes while in Coach Mode.
