i recently started trading because GME is going up. i tried to buy at the 150 dips today but told me "Your account has a trading restriction; only liquidating trades are accepted." I was able to buy stock this morning, I tried to buy more GME later in the day on think or swim. I use TOS on my surface pro 3 everyday while at work. I mostly Use it with mouse and keyboard, but have definitely used it without. It looks the same as it does on desktop, albeit everything is smaller, and a little more cramped on a 13" screen. But the pen is nice. screen is to small on the surface, at least mine.
